1.你們的產品可以放多久？

梅精、梅醋基本上不會壞 ，但我們都會標示 三年
酸梅湯一定要冰 ，不然隔天就壞（因堅持不放任何防腐劑及安定劑），

請收到貨立即放置冰箱冷藏保存，冷藏溫度5度C以下，保存期限約10天，

酸梅湯外島地區無法配送；無法選擇超商取貨。

Q: How many days will your products be kept in good condition?

A: Basically plum extracts and vinegar can be kept for a very long time; still the expiry date will be 3 years from the date of manufacturing.

Plum syrups can be preserved in the fridge for 3 weeks; otherwise they get sour within 24 hours (as there’s no preservatives or stabilizers.

 

2.你們產品有誰不適合吃嗎？

梅精、梅醋任何體質都能食用。如果使用梅精後，若有過敏不適請停止使用並就醫(少部份的人有對梅子過敏)。

酸梅湯建議孕婦先詢問醫生，因為內含仙楂。我們問過醫生，說量不大沒有問題，建議可先詢問醫生。

Q: What kind of people might be allergic to your products?

A: Generally speaking, plum extracts and vinegar are beneficial to anyone. As to plum syrups, it is recommended that pregnant women had better ask their doctors for a second opinion, as there are hawthorn berries in the syrup. Of course we’ve consulted with some doctors. According to them, a slight amount of hawthorn berries is acceptable to pregnant women.

3.什麼時候吃梅精、梅醋?

正常來說梅精建議早上空腹吃最好，若來不及也可在飯前、睡前食用，梅醋則建議晚上睡前食用。

Q: What time is the best time for drinking plum extracts or vinegar?

A: Generally speaking, we recommend drinking plum extracts in the morning before you have your breakfast. You can drink extracts before meals or going to bed. As to vinegar, it is suggested that you take a cup before retiring at night.  

4.需要冷藏嗎？

梅精、梅醋不用，酸梅湯一定要冷藏 並保存於5度C以下。

Q: Do these products need to be kept in a fridge?  

A: Only plum syrups have to be kept in a fridge.  

5.多少免運費？

1500免運，未滿1500運費90。

Q: How much can we have free shipping?

A: Free shipping is available on order over TWD 1500! If the amount is below TWD 1500, delivery fee is TWD 90.

6.外島有寄嗎？

有的，但運費180，一樣滿1500免運。

Q: Do you send parcels to outlying islands?

A: Yes, but the delivery fee would be TWD 180. Free shipping is available on order over TWD 1500.

8.如何正確食用梅精和梅醋?

建議您加入官方 Line ID: @orangelady (要加@) 詢問，因每個人體質不同，需要調整的地方也不同。

9.如果不會使用網店訂購怎麼辦？

建議您可私訊FB粉絲團或Line，留下您的姓名、電話、地址，以及需要什麼產品，將會立即幫您建立訂單。

Q: What if I don’t know how to place an online order?  

A: Please add the store owner’s Line ID: @orangelady  and feel free to ask any questions you like. Because we are different by constitution, and may need to take different ways to tackle with our problems.

10.幾歲可以食用梅精？

基本上任何年紀都可以，但不建議五歲以下兒童食用，除非有特殊理由。可以先Line聯絡或FB粉絲團留言，店長將會以專業角度提供您意見及處理方式。

Q: What age is allowed for drinking plum extracts?

A: Basically a person above the age of five can drink plum extracts. If you want to let your kid below 5 years old have plum extracts, please contact us at FB Fan Page or via Line, our store owner will be most happy to answer your questions or advise you about specific risks.

11.下訂後什麼時候會收到產品?

一般宅配大約六天內，便利商店八天內，但如果有酸梅湯，時間會在7~10天左右，因全程手工製作、需費時熬煮。

Q: When will I receive the product(s) after placing an order?

A: Generally speaking, if the delivery is by Pelican, you’ll get your parcel within 6 days. If the delivery is via a convenience store, then the duration for delivery is 8 days. If one of the items you ordered was plum syrups, then the delivery will be 7 -10 days, as we need more time to boil and make such syrups. 

12.便利商店部分有哪裡可以取貨？

目前只有全家、萊爾富跟OK商店，還沒有7-11。

Q: To which convenience store can I take my parcel?

A: Currently we cooperate with FamilyMart, Hi Life and OK. We haven’t built a cooperative relationship with 7-Eleven. 

13.付款方式有哪些？

Q: How can I pay the amount?

A: You can pay cash on delivery via Pelican or a convenience store. Or you can use a credit card or wire us the money in advance.
