橙姑娘經歷過生活的波折，但她始終保持樂觀開朗的心，致力於生活和食材，落實幸福的生活理念，如同招牌幸福酸梅湯，需要符合酸、甜、澀、鹹、甘這五種味道，像人生也必須經歷這五種味道的淬煉。

The “orange lady’s” life has been an incredible journey of challenges, but she keeps an optimistic attitude in wrestling with problems and puts forth great efforts to support her family and discovering better materials for food. Just like their trademark product, the “Happiness Plum Syrup,” one’s life is supposed to have mixed flavors—acidity, sweetness, tartness, saltiness, and sugary so as to live a fulfilling life.

橙姑娘幸福茶棧創始人陳宥珊，一手挑起撫育三個孩子的責任，即使生活面對許多挫折與考驗，臉上仍時常掛著溫柔笑容，希望能將幸福如陽光般傳遞給孩子。

有一天老大老二因逢青春期臉上冒痘，女兒火氣大導致嘴破，面對三個孩子身體不適，橙姑娘開始思考：有什麼飲品是溫和的?健康的？好喝的？卻又符合大家的體質？靈機一動想到「酸梅湯」。

Chen You-shen, the founder of the Orange Lady Happiness Tavern, has taken on the responsibility of raising three children. Even if she has been faced with frustration and trials along the way, she always wears a smile, with the hope that she can be a positive role model for her children. One day, she saw huge zits growing on the faces of her oldest and second child, while the youngest daughter had mouth herpes. She could not help but wonder what kind of drinks would be tasty and healthful for her kids. All of a sudden she thought of plum syrup as the best possible solution.

過去阿婆帶著去賣中藥的地方喝過酸梅湯，酸甜口感是深植於心中美好的回憶，孩子喝完熬煮的酸梅湯，女兒提議：「媽媽，這麼好喝的東西為什麼不拿來賣？」

She remembered when she was a young kid, grandma would brought her to a herbal shop, where she drank plum syrups, always remembering that wonderful taste of sweetness and tartness. After drinking the boiled plum syrup, her daughter asked her “Mom, this is so delicious! Why don’t you open a store and sell this?”

像是艱困生活中的一線曙光，橙姑娘的心血結晶「幸福酸梅湯」在瑞豐夜市與大家結緣，創業之初做試驗品，陳小姐減少中藥材以降低成本，兒子提醒她物偷工減料：「媽媽，您用什麼給我們喝，您就用什麼來給大家喝。」家人心繫一起的溫暖，讓陳小姐決心將這份愛完整呈現給客戶，將更多幸福傳遞出去。幸福酸梅湯由七種中藥及複雜的火候細心燉煮，呈現與眾不同的口感是它成功的關鍵。

Like a shred of light, Orange Lady saw a glimmer of hope and arranged to start a small business at Ruei night market. In the beginning, she attempted to decrease the Chinese herbs so as to reduce cost, yet her son reminded her that “Mom, you’d better use the same materials to cook the syrup for customers.” It is this warmth and solidarity of a family that Ms. Chen decided to bring the warmth and love to her customers. The plum syrup is made up of seven kinds of Chinese herbs and stewed for long hours. The success to this syrup lies in its spectacular aroma and taste.

賣不掉的酸梅湯，竟成了人氣飲品

The poorly sold plum syrup has finally become a popular drink!

 

由於這個生意在市場競爭不足，即使幾經波折才開業，仍是門可羅雀。但在不浪費的堅持下，將未賣完的酸梅湯，分享給夜市裡其他的老闆，卻意外得到了好評及回應。

Since plum syrup is not one of the most popular drinks for today’s people, their  business was rather dim at the very start. Ms. Chen shared some of the unsold syrups to other vendors and store owners round the night market, and surprisingly got very good responses from them.  

由於產品的紮實材料所帶來入口回甘的美味，加上陳小姐笑容可掬的服務態度「一定要幸福喔！」歷經許多辛苦，終於為橙姑娘帶來了極高的人氣，開啟了幸福的序幕。

Owing to the heavenly taste made by many chosen materials, and Ms. Chen’s warm-hearted attitude, saying to every customer with a big smile: “Wish you a happy day!” Finally Orange Lady has won over a lot of customers’ heart and started on its journey toward success.

Orange Lady offers a variety of drinks aimed at increasing your happiness and health. Every product has passed SGS tests and the safety is guaranteed.

創辦人有鑑於自己的過敏體質，對於食材十分講究，除了選用熬煮的黑糖替代化學果糖外，各種茶類都是成本較高的台灣茶。

As the founder herself is prone to allergy, she is very picky about the materials used for products. Aside from using brown sugar to replace fructose, she also chooses higher-cost Taiwanese tea to boil drinks.
